弊社宛ての差出人不明荷物の処分について

弊社バーチャルオフィス宛に、2024年10月から12月にかけて差出人不明の不審な荷物が数件到着いたしました。

セキュリティの観点から、差出人不明の荷物は原則開封せず、オフィスからの荷物到着報告を受け次第直ちに処分しております。

今後、弊社宛てに郵送物をお送りいただく際には、必ず差出人名をご明記くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Disposal of Unidentified Packages Addressed to Our Company

Between October and December 2024, several suspicious packages with unidentified senders were delivered to our virtual office.

For security reasons, we do not open unidentified packages and promptly dispose of them upon receiving a delivery notification from our office.

When sending mail to our company, please ensure that the sender’s name is clearly indicated.

Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for packages from unknown senders.
